Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by check, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard. If you pay by check or cash, we ask that you leave payment on the kitchen countertop. If you pay by credit card, we handle that process by simply calling our office.

Please call our office for exact amount to be paid if you are not sure, all services are taxed according to State Law. We discount all services based on number of visits, if initial services are discounted because of an agreement between Handy Clean L,L,C, and Client  for sheduled reoccuring appointments those appointments must be kept by the client if client cancels any additional appointment, client will be billed an additional amount on the original appointment as a one time cleaning. Any deposits for cleaning will not be refunded  nomatter what so it is best to pay at time of service if you are not sure of how many cleanings you will need. Handyman Services will require all monies up front for materials needed for your project and are also non refundable. We schedule our appointments based on the time needed to complete each assignment if you cancel services or change your mind about any service, we expect you to pay for the time alotted you as many times we have turned down other assignments because you are scheduled. Any appointments for new clients scheduled more than 7 day's in advance will require payment upfront due to customers lack of keeping appointments once set. If client cannot keep up their end of the agreement Handy Clean L.L.C. will not consider taking the loss. We are sorry for any inconvienience this may cause, however we have lost money due to clients canceling at the last moment without proper notice or simply finding another service for less money. In extreme cases  Handy Clean L.L.C. may agree to a refund in full or partial. Please submit request in writing and it will be reviewed by the owners of the company, allow 90 day's for any refund agreed to. Refunds are at the owners descretion and may be considered as a binding. Quoted prices are for destinations within 15 miles of our location in Sandusky Ohio. To your location and back we allow 30 miles residential customers will be charges $1.25 per mile for every mile over 30 miles roundtrip.

We are not in business to take anyones money for work not performed, however we schedule appointments sometimes months in advance so please be sure of the services and agreements before scheduling, it is alway's best to verify in person if possible or at least by phone before agreeing to any services.
