We will remove all furniture, trash or anything else left behind by the previous renter so your cleaning crew or ours can do their job easier. We will also be their with the sheriff if personal property needs to be set at the curb for eviction. We also offer a move in/ move out condition inspection prior to or after your units are rented. We verify the condition of the property as a third party and document it with pictures as well as a move in condition check list with the tenant.
